The reason for establishing this company is the entry into force of the EU\u2019s new Port Services Regulation, which took place on March 2019. This regulation will open up new activities to competition and thus allow the port company to provide and develop their services more flexibly. <\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The company employs fewer than 20 industry professionals.
